    Description

    This cigar lighter does work & looks complete but could possibly use some cleaning & adjusting depending on how you like patina.  It does have a few layers of paint on it.  I did put a new flint in it & only enough fluid to show it starts because I didn't want it to smell during shipping.  It is 6" tall to top of the handle, 4 1/2" wide & the base is 3 1/8" in diameter.  It looks like someone through the years put some epoxy on the bottom possibly to seal a leak. It could of been put there to make the lighter heavier so it would not tip over.
