Record of the Thirty-Third Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry from Aug. 1862 to Aug. 1865. By Andrew J. Boise. Black cloth hardcover, pub. 1880, 168 pages. This is an ORIGINAL, not a reprint. Condition: front hinge slightly loose, wear to cover corners, binding tight, wear to bottom of spine, small portion of top of spine is missing. Includes rosters. The 33rd was organized in Springfield and served in the X! Corps and the XX Corps. The regiment was in the Mud March, Chancellorsville, Brandy Station, Gettysburg, then moved west and was in the Chattanooga campaign, Atlanta campaign, March to the Sea and the Carolinas. Chronological history taken from the diary kept by the author. Scarce regimental history. Shipping weight just over 1 pound. Due to value I will ship via Priority Mail.
