Description
This is a Mk7 gas mask bag used by the British Army in the 1940s.
This is the same type of bag that Dr. Jones always
carries in the Indiana Jones movie series.
The two-hole mesh drainage at the bottom is proof of Mark VII.
The 6 holes on the bottom are originally for Mk. Made in 1942.
Thick shoulder strap of 1941 type. The stamp is clear.
It seems to have been flooded during storage and
there are some water damage marks,
some scratches and stains.
Size: approx. 25cmx30cmx8cm, belt length: 100cm adjustable.
