BEAUTIFUL, BELIEVE TOUGH TO FIND WESTERN WHISKEY QUART SIZED, HAS "INSIDE THREADS"
Antique whiskey bottle
REDDISH AMBER  COLOR, NICE ABOUT 11 1/4" TALL (BELIEVE QUART SIZED?)
bottle once issued by a company called "
McDONALD & COHN
" in late 1890s-1900s era,  in old downtown
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA
THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL COLOR BOTTLE...AND A NICE UNCLEANED SPECIMEN....HOPING YOU CAN TELL  HOW NICE THIS ONE IS FROM MY AVERAGE PICTURE TAKING ABILITY :)...THIS IS A GREAT BOTTLE AND NICE VARIETY...ONLY LITTLE THING I COULD FIND IS A MINOR LITTLE FLEA BITE ON THE RING BELOW NECK, OTHERWISE...A GORGEOUS SPECIMEN...BEEN SITTING ON A SHELF FOR "MANY MANY YEARS"......AND NOTE IT HAS "INSIDE THREADS"  (see closeups of inside threads 6 & 8)...ORIGINAL OWNER THOUGHT TOUGHER TO FIND.
THIS CAME OUT OF A WESTERN WHISKEY AMBER BOTTLE COLLECTION, ORIGINAL OWNER TRIED TO FIND THE NICEST SPECIMEN HE COULD...THIS IS A BEAUTY !!!!

t is tougher than you think to find these old WESTERN WHISKEY BOTTLES THAT ARE THIS NICE..

THIS ONE HAS GOLDEN BROWN AMBER GLASS  ….EMBOSSING IS CRISP AND CLEAR, DOES  NEED A CLEANING ON INSIDE ... GLASS AND EMBOSSING IS NICE,
I have inspected this bottle, seems really nice..glass is very nice, embossing is crisp, (see gallery)...Can find no cracks, chips, or  damage...COLOR IS BEAUTIFUL, REALLY ATTRACTIVE BOTTLE
The bottle is what I would call amber reddish brown colored glass, it  stands about  11 1/4" tall (guessing quart size)  ...and it is a very nice specimen...
THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL WESTERN WHISKEY BOTTLE
... the glass is beautiful. also has inside threads, as mentioned a super tiny little flea bite on ring below the lip, which is barely visible, and could be blended, i would not bother , took pictures from all angles and in different lighting conditions to show glass, neat bottle...
