    LIGHTER TIPS!
1 - All lighters ship empty for safe secure shipping
2 - All butane torches should be filled with premium butane that's 99.99% pure or "triple refined." Ronson, Zippo Red and cheap butane from dollar stores can clog the jets with impurities and ruin your lighter.
3 - All new lighters will need to be adjusted after filling.  If you've never done this it's best to watch one of the hundreds of lighter videos online.  It's darn near impossible to type out simple directions.
4 - Print a copy of your order in case you need warranty service
The health crisis is causing delivery delays of 3-6 days on some packages shipped via UPS and USPS and FEDEX.  This is not something we can control.  If a possible delay is unacceptable please buy locally.  I'm sure your local tobacco shop would appreciate the business.
If you do place an order please keep your expectations reasonable during this time.  We usually ship the next business day but once is shipped there is nothing we can do.
    Thanks!

    Per the paper
    instruction
    s all
Firebird lighters are set at full blast from the
factory.  After filling you must turn the flame
height all the way down and then turn it up 1/16 of turn, testing it after each 1/16 turn until it lights. Then make any final flame
    height
    adjustment from there.
95% of lighters returned to us as
    defective
    work
    perfectly
    when adjusted this way.
    Save
    yourself
    the hassle and the return!!
