L.L.Bean Men's Nylon Shorts/Swimsuit, Large, Light Tan/Khaki, Excell. Cond.

Description

This is a gently used pair of men's nylon water shorts from L.L.Bean that can also serve as a swimsuit.  They are about  five years old but have not had much wear because my husband gained a fair amount of weight several years ago and has not been able to lose it.  We held on to them hoping he would eventually be able to wear them, but no luck so far so we've decided to let them go.  Nothing wrong with them and they have just sat in a drawer the last couple of years--we just can't use them.
If you know the LL Bean brand, then you know their clothes feature quality material and construction.  These are made of a 100% medium weight nylon that is sturdy but quite comfortable and flexible. They have an elastic waistband along with a built-in nylon drawstring to adjust the fit. They do not have a fly. They have reinforced stitching throughout. They have two medium size pockets in the front, one pocket in the back with a velcro, and a small stow pocket on the inside of the waist with a velcro closure (for keys, etc.)
The pictures are not great due to the lighting--and my own limited photography skills--but they are basically a light to medium shade of tan or khaki. There are no stains, discolorations, tears, holes, loose stitching, or other flaws.   There are very few signs of wear on them at all and overall they are in great shape with lots of life left in them. They are also from a smoke and pet free home.
They are a Men's size Large.  Because of the elastic waist and drawstring they can fit anything from 34-40 inches, but the sweet spot is 36-38 inches.  The overall length is about 17 1/2 inches while the inseam is roughly 5 1/2 inches long. They have a standard cut but there is still plenty of room in the seat, hips, and thighs.  Please make sure they will fit you because I do not accept returns.
