An original item from World War 2. This "Escape Knife" and leaflet were in use by the British MI-9 (Military Intelligence Section 9 - secret department of the War Office 1939-45). Designed by Major Clayton Hutton, the knife is meant to be easily concealed and contains a wire cutter, screwdriver tip, conventional folding blade, three saw blades, and a pry-bar or lock breaker blade. All of these features in a single 5.5" x 1.5" pocket size tool. The tool is in very good condition with saw teeth still intact, cleaning may be desired. Otherwise ready for your collection!
