Shipping:
Purchase more than one item together and receive discounted shipping.  Items are normally shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment.  Delivery time will vary based on the shipping method you choose.  The delivery times listed are only estimates from USPS.  Tracking number is provided for U.S. orders.
International Shipping:
First Class Mail International is estimated to take about 2-4 weeks for delivery.  This does not include any delays due to customs clearance or other circumstances which are beyond my control.

Returns/Exchanges:
If you are not completely satisfied, I will accept returns in new/unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchase price (s&h is nonrefundable).  You will be responsible for return shipping costs.  Please contact me first if you are planning to return or exchange an item.  When sending me a return or exchange, please include a copy of the invoice and a brief description of the situation so that I may process it quickly.
