    Description

    WW 2 Black Watch officer's sporran of the 1930' - 40's period. The sporran is named on the reverse side to 2nd Lieutenant C. Millar. Served in the Far East as a Chindit with the 2nd Battalion Black Watch. Mentioned in dispatches during campaign in Burma.
    Gilt cantle with Black Watch badge, 5 black tassels with leather caps. Reverse side is red leather with pocket inscribed to 2nd Lt C. Millar. length of sporran from top of cantle to end of hair is 18". The white leather belt is 3/4" wide and is long enough to fit a 44 " waist.
