    Description

    This is a vintage handmade OOAK petticoat. The top is black nylon and then there is the metallic gold double ruffle skirt.  There are a few imperfections in the sewing which adds to the history of the piece.   Obviously there is no size.  I took a picture that I  have stretched out the elastic (see photo)  I am guessing it would be considered a small with a waist approximately 22" and length is about 23"
