Vintage Partners Please Malco Modes Crinoline Petticoat Skirt Med. + Bloomers Med. Pre owned in nice condition. Fabric is clean and free from holes, stains, rips, fading, fraying. Please review sizes for pettipants and petticoat to ensure they will work for you. Vintage sizes can be different than modern sizing. Skirt has an adjustable elastic in the waist. Bloomers waist elastic is slightly stretched out and might need to have a new elastic sewn in. Elastic is still soft and not brittle or fraying. See pictures for full details.
