Looks like Cased Glass
Blue Beige White Bowl
Kind of looks like a hat, small bowl in center with big edge/lip.
I really don't know anything about this bowl.  I don't know the maker or what this piece is called.  It is heavy and well made.  I found no chips.
It measures 9 1/4" across, 2 3/4" tall.  The bowl area in the center is about 3" across and 1 3/4" deep.  Would make a wonderful decorative dip bowl.  Certainly won't find this anywhere else.  One of a kind.
This bowl will ship in a large flat rate box via USPS because I want to protect the edges.
