Condition is new. The clockwork is working. Braban moved 2 cm in one night. No rust. There is a scratch on one side of the glass. A piece of bakelite was also chipped off on the canopy (seen in the last photo). There are also minor traces of storage. Look carefully at the photo. It is used at meteorological stations, as well as on airplanes and balloons for registering altitude (by changing pressure).
