This is a vintage hand made square dancing skirt.
It is red and features a ribbon tie waist, button and zip closure, and a flare hem. The garment does not have a size tag and is about a size 6.
The skirt measures approximately 14" across the waist and 39.25" from the top hem to the bottom hem when laid flat.
This item is in good pre-owned condition with 2 cut marks along the waist.
