WW 2 Equipment carrier

Description

WW 2 khaki web, infantry carrying harness, complete with all strap, and solid brass fixtures. This configuration is a yoke set up with the approx. 3 1/4" wide yoke joining the two sides. Various items could be carried by this webbing such as ammo boxes, round mortar carrying tubes, etc.. this was an item early in the war but not catalogued until later. This piece is maker marked Masterson Bros??, dated 1945, catalogue marked AA 5900 and broad arrow marked. Scarce item. Makes carrying pack and attached equipment easier.
