    This is an old WW2 British Army Medical Shell Dressing. Manufactured by Robinson & Sons in Chesterfield in 1941. It appears to have been opened and restitched closed; the package feels as though the waterproof covering is missing; expect the dressing to be used, however we do not know for sure as it is stitched closed.
