    Description

    Harness, Carrying, Infantry--1945
    Original WW2 British Harness, Carrying, Infantry, khaki cotton web construction with natural finish brass hardware throughout. Introduced in late 1944, the harness was made by connecting two P37 Brace Straps together with a center yoke and adding buckles towards the strap ends for carrying ammo boxes, mortar round tubes, and the like. One of the Brace Straps is dated 1941, the center yoke section is marked MATTISON BROS. STOCKPORT and dated 1945. Interesting piece for any collector of WW2 British/P37 web gear, appears to have seen little use and is in excellent condition. Any questions please feel free to ask.
