    Description

    Original WWII British Military General Service Shovel. The General Service Shovel was originally intended for use with vehicles but was quickly adopted by Infantry Soldiers when they could get them as they were much easier to use then the standrd British entrenching tool.
    This shovel is marked with the Broad Arrow, 1943, ET ltd. It is in original as-found condition, leaving the decision to keep it as-is or restore it up to the new owner.
